Wattco has been a successful international manufacturer of electrical heating elements since 1969 and offers customers the opportunity of installing industrial and commercial tankless heaters as an approved energy saving solution. Wattco engages the services of a customer-focused sales staff which has been finding heating solutions for many applications and helped the company to become one of North America's oldest electric heating companies. Whether customers are looking for tankless heaters or tubular, flange, screwplug, cartridge, band, infrared, duct, circulation heaters or high temperature controls, Wattco is the one-stop shop for all requirements.

When it comes to superior performance and energy efficiency in industrial and commercial tankless heaters and immersion heaters nothing should be taken for granted and it is important to build a relationship with a dependable vendor such as Wattco which has the experience and knowledge to build a product to precise specifications. Even more important is the finding of a supplier like Wattco whose quality tankless heaters and other products are only matched by its excellent customer service and technical support.

Wattco informs customers that tankless water heaters, or instantaneous or demand water heaters, provide hot water only when it is needed. Traditional storage water heaters produce standby energy losses that cost the user money. In the same way that homes are only heated when the weather turns cooler tankless heaters are used only when hot water is required. Wattco's tankless heaters heat water directly without the use of storage tanks. They avoid the standby heat loss associated with the regular water storage heaters.

Wattco is aware that most users turn on the tap and cold water has to run through the pipes into the storage unit. In electric tankless heaters an electric heater (also known as a screw plug heater) heats the water immediately. As a result, tankless heaters deliver a constant supply of hot water as and when needed. With electric heaters, tankless heaters from Wattco users do not have to wait for a storage tank to fill with sufficient hot water.

Typically, Wattco electric heaters for tankless heaters provide hot water at a rate of two to five gallons per minute and generally gas fired tankless heaters will produce higher flow rates than alternatives. Wattco informs customers that some of the smaller tankless heaters cannot supply enough hot water for simultaneous, multiple uses in large households. Taking a shower and operating a dish washer at the same time can stretch the resources of tankless heaters to the limit. Wattco advises that this problem has been overcome by the installation of "whole house" tankless heaters or by the installation of two or more tankless heaters, connected in parallel for simultaneous demands of hot water. Separate tankless heaters can be installed for appliances, such as clothes washers or dishwashers, which tend to use a lot of hot water. Wattco suggests that if customers are afraid of constantly running out of enough hot water to take a shower or bath then the tankless heaters are worth considering when replacing the present water heater.
