You should be able to:

  • Grow Equipment HX business in Europe (HVAC, Refrigeration, Light Industries), handling complete sales process from design/sizing, proposal/tender, technical & commercial clarification/negotiation till order received. ·      
  • Act as spotter and local coordinator for Process HX business and Separation business in Europe, quotations and negotiation supports will be from regional Process HX and Separation teams.
Long Description :
  • First local contact point for Energy Division in Europe, internally for central and regional teams, external from local customers, for all BUs’ business
  • Build up network and partnership with local-based EPC contractors and key end-customers across Equipment and Process industries
  • Develop local distributors to efficiently cover market potential and grow base sales in Utilities and general industries
  • Develop market strategies to secure leading market share of HX products across Equipment and Process industries
  • Marketing activities to secure Wattco brand image and market position in Europe, industry and competitor intelligence, build up customers’ relationships in all BUs’ business
  • Update customer database tools to follow up the market opportunities/project pipeline
  • Prepare sales forecast, sales reports, market & sales analysis

About the job 

This role is a sole contributor role in Europe and will report to the Director of Sales

The role will fully cover and grow the electric heating/heat exchanger business in Europe.  The incumbent will be required to build up partnership with EPC contractors / key end-customers and increase market share across Equipment industries (HVAC, Refrigeration, Utilities, and Process Industries (O&G, Petrochem, Power, IMP), while developing distributors where appropriate to cover market potential and grow base sales. 

Requirements :

You have a technical engineering degree (preferably in chemical or mechanical), with at least 8 years of experience with one of the following fields from a similar job: ·         Oil & Gas, Energy 

  • Experience in sales of equipment or engineering solutions
  • Have strong network in wide range of industries, either HVAC and Refrigeration industries, or Process Industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and result-oriented, able to drive business independently and proactively
  • Willing to intensively travel across regions in Philippines to develop business
  • You take pride in meeting the customers’ expectations, focusing on high quality and continuous improvements in the task solving.
  • You take ownership of your tasks by a structured and systematic approach.
  • You have a flexible mind-set and are good at seeing options rather than limitations.
