Industrial electric heater insulation

In addition to regulating the air-to-fuel ratio in order to realize greater energy savings, there are a few other things that can be done to save heating costs. For example, installing insulation on the fittings, valves and steam condensate and distribution lines of an industrial electric heater element as well as installing an automated blowdown control can cut steam demand and thus save energy.

For even greater efficiency, start up companywide programs to mitigate steam leaks, install infrared heater (industrial size) units in warehouses and store rooms, and regularly inspect and maintain steam traps.

Infrared Heater Industrial

It's the next best thing to cozy sunlight - and almost as efficient. With an infrared heater, industrial settings such as warehouses, plant production areas and storage rooms can remain at a stable temperature. They work by first heating objects - floors, people, equipment and machines, for example - and then using heat transfer to heat the ambient air. The heat created by these units is radiated from the floor up and is more evenly and cost-effectively distributed within a desired area. An industrial thermostat equipped with an air temperature sensor is used to monitor and regulate a setpoint temperature for the ultimate comfort and control.

Regulate with an industrial thermostat

No industrial electric heater, no matter how well crafted and installed, can operate at maximum effectiveness in a large industry setting without the controls. That is why we at WATTCO™ have put so much of our own energy into what seems such a minor piece of the puzzle: the industrial thermostat. It may seem minor to some, but attention to detail is everything to us. And it's that fastidiousness that makes WATTCO™ the best in one-stop shopping for all your heating needs.
