Explosion Proof Temperature Control Panels

Explosion Proof Temperature Control Panels (sometimes abbreviated as ‘HAZLOC’) come with any of the On-Off, Multistage, SCR direct and hybrid control panel options. They are designed not create a spark for potentially dangerous locations that have high concentrations for volatile liquids or gases that can ignite and cause explosions.

Industries that require HAZLOC Control Panels:

  • Chemical process plants handle high concentrations and large quantities of liquids and gases
  • Mining industry
  • Oil and Gas Refineries
  • Reliable Solution-In comparison to electromechanical contractors or other such controllers, the use of solid state switching devices stands out primarily because of their long, reliable service life. The fact that they are designed for use in high level industrial operations means there is no compromise on the quality of production which makes the switching precise, insusceptible to faults, and reliable. The fact that there are a number of different types of sold state switching devices on offer makes them fit for use in a number of industries. The type of device being chosen strictly depends on the application that it is required to be taken and the requirements that the module needs in the switching device.
  • Semi Conductor Relays-The Solid State Switching device semi conductor relays are useful where there is a need for surface mounting the existing cooling surface. The mounting is an easy process with the use of only two screws in the entire installation process. The capacity of the resistive loads will depend on the nature of the heat sink it is being used in. For use with individual applications, they can be adopted and varied in functionality to fit the existing situation.
  • Switching Motors-Productivity is one of the most important aspects of an industrial application. In order to achieve higher productivity, the frequency of switching is continually increased. An important device that solid state switching devices is used for is the switching of motors. The capacities of voltage strength of motors that can be switched vary from each switch to the other. While a continuous change in direction of rotation is hard to ensure, it can be carried out using solid state reversing contractors

Benefits :

  • Automatic control of temperature
  • Available up to 4000 Amps
  • Remote mounted controls
  • Wiring are hidden and neat
