  Flange Heater efficiency The beauty of circulation heat is its efficacy in providing heating to a variety of mediums: steam, liquid, oil, gas or air. Not to mention, the flange heater used in these units can pump up the temperature to 1,200 degrees and the pressure to an incredible 5,000 psi, giving you maximum heat output with the added benefit of stability, safety and durability in a flanged heater.

(Square flange heaters are commonly used for large, commercial applications, such as in industrial storage tanks and boiler systems.) When the time comes for replacing parts, the unit is simply unbolted and exchanged, reducing the amount of production time lost.
